| Update on Lawsuit Hi All!
Things are moving pretty fast and so far completely in my favor. The JDB/Attorney suing me folded after my attorney filed my answer and sent him pages upon pages of document requests. Plaintiff filed for a motion to dismiss and will be paying my attorneys fees for that case. Now we are going in for the kill. Letter has been sent along with copy of my complaint against them, ready to be filed in federal district court if he doesn't meet our demands. So far I am very pleased with my attorney, so if anyone needs a referral for a FDCPA/FCRA attorney in A**z**a, pm me and I will give you his details. |

ILMD | Hmmm, I don't know if he could do anything in Mass...I think he is only an AZ attorney. I found him through the NACA website. |
