1. Is there a way to "bump" hard inquires off a TU or EX CR?

2. Will a well established , zero balance, $5000 limit, authorized user on a Discovery card increase my FICO?

For TU bumpage still works but it will take months of pulling your file before you see anything drop. Bumpage does not work with experian.
