I admit that I just do not read these court decisions very well.....but with that being said this seems important.
It appears that the Supreme Court of Kansas has upheld a lower courts ruling overturning arbitration involving MBNA.

"Finally, we note that a panel of our Court of Appeals has reached a similar conclusion on similar facts in another case involving MBNA's efforts to arbitrate a dispute. See MBNA America Bank v. Barben, No. 92,085, unpublished opinion filed May 20, 2005. We also note that these Kansas cases appear to reflect a national trend in which consumers are questioning MBNA and whether arbitration agreements exist."
Maybe that is why Wolpoff and Abramson is in the process of laying off 600 people?
And why when you look at their Myspace profiles some of these people could not be happier about being unemployed?
(damn cant edit the title....Wolpoff is not laying people....they are laying them off

)
