Hi all,
I retained an attorney to handle the task of getting back my security deposit from an apartment complex I have moved from. Low and behold he also handles FCRA/FDCPA cases, what a find!
After we're done with the apartment we'll move on to the CA thats now reporting $2500+ despite having been DV'd (timely, actually sent the DV the day the dunning came) and not responding to that. They missed the maxi-miranda too. I'm starting the staggered CRA disputes now, hopefully they verify the totally wrong amount.
Just an FYI. I'll be so much more comfortable with the process after this and I'll be sitting pretty so I think I might have the gumption to take a few more CA's that are still nipping at my heels on myself. |
