I still do not have a copy of my credit file YET! I figure three is a charm and I'll ask one more time nicely....and then we'll just see about this!!!

I have been asking since the beginning of April and it is nearly July.

Thx.

No frustration....I have no problem taking their butts to court, but I am trying to be nice.

I'm in the same CSC boat Roy. I disputed a TL with them back in April,...online. I know, bad Tunnel. Anyway, it is now June 25, and I can't even log in on their website as they claim my password is invalid, WTH?? They have marked the TL as under reinvestigation as it has been for quite a while now, but their 45 days way beyond expired.

I guess I'm going to have get a bit nasty now, via CMRRR.

After a dispute, they have usually been pretty good about sending me an "updated" hard copy, but this time it seems they fell asleep at the wheel.

Something is wrong with them...I've never has a CRA behave this way.

Maybe they shouldn't give out credit information because I am just the one to go after them. I had never heard of them until a few months ago and I don't think I've seen a case involving them.

I read a case in Texas on csc.It seems the consumer sued them and Equifax together and it was really confusing about which one was responsible under Fcra.Reminds me of the Jdb shell games. Oh before you ask,no I don't remember the case #.Memory can be funny as you get older.
