Hi, To everyone here is a good question:

Ok, so i submited my disputes via online to all 3 credit reporting agencies after obtaining my free credit report from annual credit report.com.

It has been 55 days and i have not reiceved anything, either in the mail or in my email.

I was so frustrated that i went and called experian,equifax and transunion today,

I called transunion first and even though they were in india they still answered my phone call, they apoligized and said that all items disputed would be deleted due to the fact they took so long and i would reiceve a updated copy in the mail in 5 business days.

So then i called experian and all i got was there automated crap, over and over again after 20 minutes of trying to talk to a real person i finaly said, let me find their corporate number i found it and all i got was one mad receptionist who didnt know anything. I gave up and moved on to.......

Equifax was also a pain in the neck same thing they just want to sell you their credit report and you never get to talk to a human.


What can or should i do next?

If you go to Experian.com, with the report number, you can look at your reports again for free. Are the accounts in question still showing? Are they showing in dispute?

Equifax - I would write them a letter showing proof that it has been longer than 45 days since you disputed. Demand deletion of all items that were disputed, and demand a copy of your updated report.

Am I understanding correctly, that you got the hard copies (paper) of your reports and then disputed on line? You should dispute in writing via certified mail return reciept (CMRR)....a large part of what we do is KEEP RECORDS. How else (and if need be) can you prove what you've done and what you've said and what they've said to you later on.

So, i went to experian and nothing however i went and i tried to dispute some items and it says that they have already verified this item, so this would proof that i did request a investigation but i never got the results, i went to one of my liens that was filed and PAID but however still shows as unpaid and when i went to dispute this it would not let me do it, i do have the HUD-1 settlement statement from title, I am about to write a letter to equifax requesting deletion of all items.

But what should i do about Experian?
also Transunion has not sent me anything i am thinking of writing a letter too.

I learned my lesson i am sending everthing via USPS Certified
