Will I ever stop litigating? I just sent for my credit reports and did another round of disputing. I get rid of one, then another, and yet another, and here they come again.

Ahh, the wonderful game of whack-a-mole.

I may have another mole to whack. I think I'll send them copies of the relevant pages from the Credit Reporting Resources Guide.

Annoying isnt it.....I am trying to dispute First Premiers bogus late and the website has been down a week. Never mind the fact that the pay site is never down. When I called, they said I had to call anothether number due to my fraud alert. I called that number, was transferred to three other people and the last one transferred me to a voice mail box after I told him not to.

They whole porcess took about 40 minutes. I had them on speaker while baking a pie.

And I know you dont dispute online/phone but I cant see myself suing over one late pay notation.

Or kneaded the pie crust so tough (because they were giving you a hard time on the phone) it didn't turn out so well.

Speaking of my most recent mole,

Despite your assertions that this tradeline is reporting correctly, it's not. In addition to the exhibits I sent before, please also note that I'm sending copies of the relevant pages from the CDIA's (Consumer Data Industry Association) Metro2 reporting guide, as well as comments on the tradelines as they are displaying on my three credit reports.

Can you please fix it so it doesn't say that there's a repayment plan in place on an account with a zero balance? Clearly, that's inaccurate. Not only do I say so, so does the CDIA. If your software permits reporting this way, I suggest you file a bug report with your software vendor.
