I get two alerts from Transunion Truecredit regarding First Premier every month now. The problem is, I can only check it once a month so I am not sure what they are doing, just that they are doing something.

Do you think First Premier is just playing games, are they incompetent or what?

Also, if I have confirmation number from both EQ and TU can I get my file without going through True Credit?

I wonder what these fools are up to. This is regarding a phantom late pay on my account that they only only started reporting after I closed the account, as revenge.

I cant wait to file my FDIC complaint against them.

Let's put it this way: the same thing happened to me.

I sent a complaint to the usual suspects, cc'ed them to the CEO of First Premier, and voila, fixed.
