That is great news.....I wish we could all be so fortunate.
I wonder what Ms. Cotrez' situation was, and I'm glad she stood up for herself.
I myself was at the point of giving up, after my avalanche of medical bills. Reading stuff like this makes me have some hope left.
Cant wait to read the case details, I'd like to find out who her Attorney was.

| I do think the tide may be turning just a bit. I was at an identity theft meeting sponsored by my local congress critter and the person from the FTC said "we love going after them" when talking about the CRAs. |

| Reading one of the trial briefs, this case had some issues associated with the OFAC lists...TU tried to advance an issue of national security and crap like that for limiting its discussion at trial.

It is going to basically be a page that had check boxes and fill-in-the-blank spaces for components of the decision/verdict.
