| Need claification about FCRA damages allowed. First off let me say hello to everyone at IC and thank you in advance for the time you spend to help others understand the complex world of credit repair. I've been a regular over at CIC but wanted to stretch my wings and get different opinions from y'all.
Now for my first official post. I may have known this before but with all the information I've had to soak up in the last 2 months I've forgotten. So please bear with me. Thanks.
If a CA commits an FCRA violation on all 3 CRAs, would it then be 3 separate violations? |

By that time, you can help pass your knowledge on to others.

| I most definitely will. I am a firm believer in passing on knowledge and will do my part. I just have to get to the knowledge part so I can pass it on. Thanks. |

| I have learned a lot at CIC, but now I'm interested in case law and court procedure, so that's why I've branched out. I need all the references and helpful info I can find. The AOC Archives are great. Just going cross-eyed trying to read it all. |

| There is also the case law forum. And if you don't understand something, feel free to ask questions and get some more help.

| Boy don't I know. Between the archives and the case law I will be eternally cross-eyed. It's actually mentally exhausting at times to read that legalese, let alone understand it. |

| Yes, sometimes you just need to take a break and concentrate on something else. Often that even triggers understanding, since if you look at it too long your mind isn't really analyzing. If you go to something else, then your mind may actually work on it in the background.

| I spent a good 3 hours looking at stuff last night and I am just going to leave the case law alone for the rest of the day. I need a break anyway. Thanks. |

I think it's normal or I learn different or something, but you'll be fine. And sometimes you've gotta read the law and cases a few times to be clear about what it is saying.

| Sometimes? For me, it's always. I'm more of a hands on learner so it's difficult to do but I can do it. It just takes me a few tries and a whole bunch of q & a time on this board so, watch out, here I come. Thanks. |

Now that I mention it, someone is going to buy me some new glasses

| I wear contacts. It's easier to hide the coke bottle prescription. |
