As Tower used to say, you'll want to dispute at least three times; always do so by certified mail (CMRR) and the next time you dispute use the language of the statute to make sure that the CRA has contacted to source of the trade line.
Dear CRA,
I am requesting a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information regarding this account including the business name and address or any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher.
Give them a specific reason as to why you are disputing such as the amount, date, or you are not aware of any business dealing with such and such entity so that they cannot come back at you with 'frivilous dispute.'
