| Can a Collection Agency Call on a Sunday? I got a call, that I did not answer, from a Pennsylvania area code. I google the number to see who it belonged to and got this:
Central Credit Control
Donald Donagher, President
916 S. 14th Street
Harrisburg, PA 17104
Phone: 717-238-7124
Fax: 717-238-3170
The message that was left stated that it was an "Important business message" and to call the number above.
Is it illegal for a CA to call a consumer on a Sunday?

| i don't believe calling on sunday is against collection caller rules, I believe that the only guidelines and restrictions for them are certain times during the day and frequency of calls. |

After 8 AM and before 9PM. Also only twice in a seven day period,of coure those scummy ones break all the rules.
I have had them call me on New Year's Eve ,Easter and even my birthday! Imagine that
