Just got my credit reports and here I go again....guess I'd better grab my butt!
I see where choice point has pulled my file 4 times in Dec. 2006.
I was hoping to stop this, but they like to play, so 'BRING IT ON.'

Choice Point is a firm that collects and sells data, not a creditor or a debt buyer or even a collection agency. Did you give anyone permission to check your background? If the Botch did it, this could be actionable against, see Bakker v McKinnon. You need to write a letter asking what PP Choice Point had.

What the hell for did they need to pull 4 times in one month?

| Ok, let me calm myself down...it was all for insurance, although I don't remember requesting four quotes. I'll read my reports more thorough tonight.
