I see where choice point has pulled my file 4 times in Dec. 2006.

Choice Point pulled your file? Choice Point is a firm that collects and sells data, not a creditor or a debt buyer or even a collection agency. Did you give anyone permission to check your background? If the Botch did it, this could be actionable against, see Bakker v McKinnon. You need to write a letter asking what PP Choice Point had.

Any applications for insurance lately? Choicepoint is one of the sources used by the insurance industry.

Ok, let me calm myself down...it was all for insurance, although I don't remember requesting four quotes. I'll read my reports more thorough tonight.

My TU report has duplicates of almost every inquiry. I complained many times, they say it is the requestor's fault and to contact them.
