Dispute

Okay so I disputed something with EX and it came back reviewed and still on my credit report.
The TL in a JDB who has not sent me anything concerning this debt but instead put his collection TL on my CR
How does EX investigate? Also I am going to dispute this again and ask HOW they investigated it but is there a way I should go about doing so?
Thanks

IMHO Experian is one of the worst at not following the FCRA.

If it were me, I would not dispute it again. I would send a letter along the lines of:

On xx/xx/xx I disputed trade line xxxx. You responded on xx/xx/xx by claiming the TL is being reviewed.

In accordance with the FCRA you only have two choices, the account was confirmed by the reportee or if not confirmed it requires you to delete the TL.

Since xx days has passed since my inital correspondence and the reportee failed to confirm the reporting, your are required by the FCRA to delete the TL.

I hereby demand that the TL be deleted forthwith.

Please govern yourselves accordingly.

Sounds good. I will do it right now.
EX is my only CR that has this creepo on it, who also put an old lawyers address on my cr which I have also disputed and it is still there.

So on the address they wrote confirmed so I need to write them a letter on this as to HOW, and what are the ways it can be done?

Thanks enigma
