I was never served for 2 years on a case where I was defendant and I just found out that a slimy attorney has gotten something called an "affidavit judgment" against me.

What should I do?

First step is to go to the courthouse and get a copy of the case file.

Chances are the affidavit will be inadmissible. They should also have docs in the file that explain how they pretended to serve you.
