cap one records custodian

How would someone find out who the records cutodian is of Cap One or Arrow.

On cb someone google the name of a person that said in an affidavit they were the custodian for cap one but the name they google came up with a person who may actually work for arrow or an affiliate.

Does anyone know anything about trak america?

Are you currently involved in a lawsuit with Cap One or Arrow?

No, its not me its someone I have been trying to help a little.

She is being sued according to the summons by CAP ONE and there is an affidavit by a person that is the custodian for "CAP ONE" but this person googled the name of the person that signed the affidavit and there resume came up that they were the custodian for TRAK AMERICA.

If this is true is this affidavit FRAUD ON THE COURTS. Its on CB-I've been served you should be able to pick out the one I am talking about.

The reason I am asking is someone from Florida that I am helping also is being sued by Cap One and the name on her affidavit it different.
