Regarding cr cd co's, why do some keep tolling interest and others don't?

Does the sol begin at the dola or at the co date?

Reporting SOL has nothing to do with the ability to continue to accumulate interest/finance charges. If the account is still held by the original creditor, then the interest will accumulate per the agreement in place at the time of default.

Capital One is one that comes to mind that does this.

That is state law specific.

The seven year reporting period starts from the date of first delinquency, provided the account is never brought current.
