TU dealings

Just received my latest TU report. One of the items disputed has the same "date verified" as before - 2 years old! The results listed on the cover page states "new information below." Does that mean they didn't bother to change the date verified on the entry, or they are lying about doing anything?

Another issue. Previously TU verified on three different occasions that another TL was correctly listed in duplicate. I sent the OC a nasty letter, offering the choice of removing the entry or having me file on them. The TL is no longer duplicated. Should I sit back and be quiet about it?

Absolutely no change. They have done this before on other TLs. When I pointed this out to them, all they do is change the "date verified." This was a mortgage refinanced 2 years ago. I sent a letter to the OC asking if they have any record of an account at my address. Waiting to hear back.

About the other item, it was cell phone charges accumulated during and after the Rita evac. I was told that there was to be no charge during that time, but they are saying "uh, what?"
