Is identification of the furnisher limited to the name of the business that supplies the TL, or is it possible to get the CRA to supply the name of person contacted who is verifying the information?

While others will tell you the actually way. I remember reading that you must ask for that information. If this information is not corrected or deleted please provide me the name, address and phone number of the person who verified. I think its in the FDCPA somewhere.

In my experience, when I needed that information. I sent a subpoena to the CRA's (I was involved in litigation) and/or I got it in discovery with the persons name at the bottom
