| CALIFORNIA DUNNING LETTER NO NO'S
COMMENTS ANYONE?
when receiving dunning letters from in state or out of state ca's, two big mistakes that are being made in their dunning letters are:
1. if your dunning letter contains the notice that you must dispute " in writing" rather than to just dispute it, it is a violation
2. if it contains the phrase "from date of notice" rather than " from receipt of notice" it is a violation
case cite with other cites within the case
