In a nutshell, this was a pissing match between a tote-the-note lot and their repossessor. There is some interesting discussion about the fee arrangements but there is also beneficial discussion about business records and also reasonable attorney fees.
Trial court had found in favor of the repossessor and the appellate court affirmed the decision.
