I am trying to contact TransUnion directly because its time for a free report (new year) but TU is the only provider who has found some reason not to display my report online. ( I seem to recall not being able to dispute online with them last year either)

Never mind, I found it. If you are having trouble getting your report with TransUNION through the annualcreditreport.com you can call 1-866-744-8221 option 1 for english, Option 6 for a person.

UNFORTUNATELY though, it appears TransUnion has outsourced their technical support to India so you have to speak slowly and clearly; and use a landline if possible.

I really wish that it was illegal to outsource customer service to another country when the products being supported have to do with personal finances.
