On xx/xx/xx I disputed the information as provided by you to XXX credit reporting agency, with XXX credit reporting agency.
By letter dated xx/xx/xx, XXX credit reporting agency verified the information as reported by you, to be accurate.
By letter dated xx/xx/xx, I requested a procedural request of XXX credit reporting agency. In its response, XXX suggested that I contact you if questions remain about the information being reported.
At any time, on or about xx/xx/xx (date of first letter to CRA), through the date of this letter, were you contacted by XXX and asked to verify the information as reported by you. For your reference, enclosed please find a redacted copy of my credit file from XXX. Is the information as reflected in my credit file as being reported by XXX, accurate and without error?
If the information being reported is inaccurate, or a misrepresentation of the information you provided XXX, kindly forward the correct information to me and inform XXX to update their files as needed.
