Paid Medical

I had about 15 negs on all 3 CR's. They are reported through the CA. I paid the hospital in full and she pulled all tradelines from CA. All are gone from EX and EQ but none were removed from TU. I called the CA and he said we report the first business day of the month. This has been 7 months now. The CA did admit that all tradelines were gone. Do I need to dispute with the CRA's again or do I need to open up a can of whoopass with the CA??

You disputed with TU and the CA verified them even after the hospital recalled them?

No I have not disputed with TU yet. I was wondering what would be better, dispute with TU or fight with CA. Of coarse whatever would be faster with the best results is my goal.

In order to have footing against the CA (in case they wanna act bad) you need to dispute the trade line....and you are looikng at the hard copies of your report, right?

You can dispute all inaccurate trade lines at once, but I highly recommend ordering a report from TU directly. Much more information on it, than on a true credit report. You can do it online at transunion.com . Your true credit login will work, and it will cost you around $8.

This is why I asked if you were looking at the hard copies. I've never heard of anyone using True Credit reports in court. You NEED the hard copies of your reports for accuracy, verification, actual reporting, and documentation.

BTW...if you haven't recieved a free report this year send for it. You are allowed a free report once a year, but be advised if you dispute using the free report they(CRA) can take 45 days to get back to you.

If you paid the OC after the fact, then yes they can.
