Looking to make a list

Here's my mission today, I am looking for Cap1 cases in which they play the name game. I know of several persons that have filed against Cap1, all in different states and in each and everyone of those case they always wanna say, you don't have the correct name.
So I am looking for any and all cases, no matter where you are in which Cap1 claims you named the wrong entity.

So they are using that excuse to make you waste money and are forced to refile, against the right entity, only to find out that according to them you still have the wrong one?

In almost every case that I have read on Cap1, they play the same game over and over. I think this happened to Christine Baker in her fight against Cap1, but she made other mistakes too such as not having disputed with the CRAs to evoke her rights under 1681s-2(b)

This is what they have done to a lot of people; I haven't been forced to refile, but I sure would like to compile a list and present it to the court to show what they do and maybe make some sort of precedent.
