Credit Reporting

I don't know how many of you read this that RB posted awhile back, but we really should talk about what came out in this testimony. I'm attaching a slightly different version of it.

I really enjoyed this read. It brings to light the fact that the system is broken and needs a complete overhaul.
We all know they do not do a complete investigation or report accurate information when it is right in front of them.
I am all for any act tthat requires the CRA to be held accountable for each decision they make. I believe each and every dispute should be processed so the consumer gets an automatic copy of the complete process. Afterall it is the consumers report and they should know without asking how the CRA's arrived at the decision. It would help police their wrongful and intentionous ways.
The other issue I see that was suppose to be fixed with the new system in place was the consistent reporting across the CRAs which is almost non existant.
The only time I ever notice this happening is when they can put something negative on the report, I have seen EX actually jump all over my report when it is something TU or EQ has reported when they have not yet done so.
