a little background info

i have been receiving calls from nco for over 2 years..they purchased an oc account in 02,. never dvd them

or had any conversations with them...after coming to the board about 2 months ago and reading, reading,

reading...i saw the post about arbitration....with this email address...mike.barrist@ncogroup.com

I have since dvd nco but they had already sent me to the NAF for arbitration..it was sceduled for 8-31-06

so last week i sent NCO a DV letter along with a copy of REFUSAL TO ARBITRATE from WHY CHATs site

and sent copies of the same to the above email address.....and low and behold today I received a letter

from NAF that this matter has been dropped without prejudice....i know this means they can refile but at least

i feel good about this..........v

See what a little reading will do! That's great, but just make sure you watch those sneaky dogs in case they re-file. Keep an eye on your credit reports too!
