Equifax-CSC -shoddy practices

Recently, I mailed several CMRRR dispute letters to CSC Equifax to the address for disputing entries posted on their own website (P.O. Box 981222, E l Paso, TX 7998 -- ww.econsumer.equifax.com). All returned by PO marked “not deliverable.” Isn't this reprehensible, given that the firm is charged with meeting the stated objective of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to promote “the accuracy … of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies” -- yet its own published address for mailing disputes isn't even correct?

Furthermore, they send out no physical documents at all in the handling disputes. Nothing. I disputed via U.S. mail. Acknowledgment, status, etc., is only accessible via their website. For all they know, I am computer illiterate. Does this satisfy their obligation to communicate certain things to consumers during the process?

I use the address that is listed on my CR, which does change from time to time.

Each of my disputes have been answered with physical documents. They are not required to acknowledge the receipt of the dispute, that is why you CMRRR. Nor or they required to inform of the status of the investigation, only the results.
