I have an NAF case going on, and have not received ANY communication from NAF since they moved forward to an arbitrator despite the fact I declined arbitration and arbitrator.
I have called NAF ,wrote a letter and and left messages and no reply. My court system does not have electronic filing(Mass district court) If they do please let me know: ) so short of calling the courthouse everyday what can I do?
I have gone to the NAF forum page and cannot seem to get any info on my case.
Anyone?

Have you called the NAF and bugged them to death? Although I've never done arb seems to me to go straight to the horse's mouth so to speak and be a pain.

I have called almost every day.emailed,sent notice to arbitrator, filed a complaint with AG of both states.
NAF is a real piece of work.
I believe that an award is coming and sewer service as well. That is why I want to KNOW what is up.
Do you know if Mass, has electronic filing for state court, I see it for Federal but not State?
