Anyone know them?

I ws thinking that; if you haven't asked them monitor your credit and identity, what are they pulling for and for who? You haven't lost your ID lately, have you?

Do you get results from a letter? Half the times the refuse to remove, I even had them not wanting to remove after suing the CA.
One of them told me to dispute it and they would not contest it and that should get it removed but they did not want to remove the pull.

New car fund. Got a call from my wife about an hour ago. She went to p/u daughter from work and was in an accident.
Teenage driver failed to stop at stop light. She and the kids are ok, sore though. Car is not drivable.

That's not good. I hope everyone is OK. You said they're sore. Better go be checked out, just in case.

If they're sore, the car must be hurting because that means it really shook them hard to be sore. Good that they're ok, though.
Oh, well....time to go shop!

At least they were close by. A few years back my oldest DD was hit by a teenager who ran a red light. Her car was totaled and she was bleeding. Instead of calling 911 in Boston where she was, she called me in WV. I had a heck of a time getting her to hang up and call 911.

A Dodge Neon. It shattered the rear axle, tore off the left rear panel and punctured the fuel tank.
The car was traveling at an excessive speed, at least 60 mph on a residential road. She, the driver is 16 yoa, admitted to the police she was texting on her cell phone, missed her turn and turned into my wife and kids.
According to court records this is her third accident this year, has 9 points already and 3 tickets for reckless driving. To top it off, she has a fly by night insurance company.
On the bright side, wife and kids are ok.
But I am going to have some fun. Her insurance won't return my call. I've gotten email addresses from state filings. Dad is co-owner of vehicle and since she is a minor, dad signed the financial responsibility form so that she can get her license.
He owns a business and has a house that I can attach. Should he decide not to pay, since it was an accident with injuries I can move to have her license revoked for five years.
My insurance will fix my car, but it looks like the frame is bent. I have a deductible of $500 plus rental car expenses.
If he or his insurer pays my deductible, out of pocket expenses and buys out the remaining term of my lease, then I'll go away. Otherwise I am going to make his and her lives a pure financial hell.
