NAF
I have been dealing with NAF. Declined arbitrator, then got another, declined that one as well ,then I get a letter from
NAF
stating that The code of procedure Rule 21C states " A party making an appearance may remove one arbitrator candidate by filing a notice of removal with the director within 10 days from the date of notice of the arbitrator selection.
As this is the respondents second request per rule 21c it has been denied.
Also respondents request has been denied under rule 23 because respondent has not stated the circumstances and specific material reasons for disqualifications.
I had declined due to prejudice towards the plaintiff. SO NOW WHAT DO I DO??
I really need help here guys!
