NAF again and I really need help

Ok I have been dealing with NAF for almost 4 years now. It has finally come down to them picking an arbitrator, me declining arbitration and the arbitrator, and this keeps up for the last 6 months with them coming up with another arbitrator and another... This time though they are refusing my request in declining the arbitrator. So I feel an award is going to be forthcoming and then CACGH trying to get a judgement.
Now what I need to know when this award happens, HOW long does it take for court to issue a judgement, AND what can I do right away to stall the judgement?

PLEASE I really need your help ASAP.
Thanks

I have that, and I thank you. I will go back and read it again, but to me it does not seem that it is going to take care of my problem, but back to reading/

From what you are saying, it seems these folks aren't backing off and I've learned in litigation to let a FM hang his own azz. If they are obliged to shove this down your throat there are remedies that I pointed out in that thread. Go to all hearings regarding this and assert your rights. Refuse, deny, refuse, deny as many times as you have to. Arbitration is not something I have had to do, but I researched it from other cases and gave you good info. Sometimes you have to read legal literature a few times before it makes sense.

Real court arbitration I can handle it is NAF arbitration that is screwy. I refused arbitration, you can choose either document or participatory hearings, document you are not allowed to be, and participatory, well then it starts money money money always attached to anything you want to get from them.
NAF seems to make up rules to fit themselves.I think that I have worked more on this in the past 4 years and have more paperwork then ALL of my other cases combined (which BTW I have won) I also think that unless someone really has dealt with NAF you really don't get the whole quagmire feel. ; ) I will just keep on truckin, but I feel an award is going to be coming forward and not for me.: (
