Student Loans and Bankruptcy - Important Read

If you have student loans and are contemplating bankruptcy, you need to read the case attached out of the 4th.

Ahh, I thought pretty much everyone around here assumed Student loans weren't dischargeable.

it is a known fact and anybody would tell you that Student loans are not dischargeable in bankruptcy unless you can show that your loan payment imposes an "undue hardship" on you, your family, and your dependents.
Non-dischargeable debts are those debts that you cannot totally eliminate when you file for bankruptcy and will have to be paid by you.

There is only one fix for a student loan:REHAB THE LOAN THROUGH YOUR LENDER HOLDER!
