PDXBLAZERFAN, Somehow I missed the change of name and address on the two reports. Thank you for pointing this out.

This has been a tough week for me. I have the flu, but still had to work as the Dept of Health was in my facility for the yearly 'hell week' inspection. A friend/ co-worker dies unexpectedly of a heart attack. A Headnurse gets fired for stealing narcotics. Then after a tough week I had to get a root canal done. I am so tired.

I still plan to wait to see how things play out with the CRAs first. I did send out the follow up letter to Equifax on Monday with a copy of the sheet I posted here. We will see how they choose to handle this. I have how ever been taking all of your advice to heart and am continuing to do my research.

And expect to get something back that references the Bode decision. Had they moved and NOT updated their address, some would be bitching and moaning. All they did was report an internal change and ensure that it was accurately reported.

I got yesterday replies from TransUnion and Experian.

Experian deleted the oldest Crap One account and states the second Crap One account will be removed May 2008. Experian has also informed me that there are two unknown addresses as well as two unknown Social Security Numbers attached to my credit report. I have just finished writting a letter informing Experian that the two addresses and two unknown SSN's are to be removed from my credit report and that ANY debt connected to those addresses and SSN's are NOT mine as they are NOT now or have ever been used by me.

TransUnion however have made no changes. Most likely because I was not as specific in my first letter to them as maybe I should have been. I have just finished a letter to TransUnion informing them of the changes that Experian has made, as well as the unknow SSN's and unknown addresses found on the Experian report. I have requested the list of dates of last pymts. as well as the addresses and SSN's attached to each debt on my report from them. I have also requested the dates that I can expect these debts will come off my credit report through them. In this last letter to TransUnion I was VERY specific in my requests as well as my dispute.

I am making a long paper trail to clean up my report sooner rather than later. I also feel it will give me more ammo should Crap One choose to keep this going for a long period of time.
