Both Cap One and RJM have dismissed cases but

Both Cap One and RJM have dismissed recent cases against me in court.

I sent a copy of the dismissal to each of the 3 CRA's and explained to them that this couldnt possibly be verified as they dismissed a lawsuit in the court because they could not provide proof they were mine and asked for a deletion.

Now have all 3 CRA's have verified that both Cap One and RJM are reporting correctly.

Any ideas on what to do next?

A dismissal is court is not the same as saying the debt is invalid. They are different in terms of what is required to satisfy the procedural hurdles. It is a smaller scale version of how someone can be acquitted of murder in criminal court yet still be hit with a wrongful death judgment in civil.

I understand. But how can they verify it to the CRAs if they couldn't in a court room?

Because the standards are different. Verification to a bureau has a far lower bar than preponderance in the civil realm.
