DV Letter

Are you given 30 days from the time you recieved the letter to ask that the debt be verified or from the time the letter was sent. May sound like a silly question, but I really don't know and don't want to mess up on account of a technicality.

Thanks!

30 days from receipt. If you are close to the 30 days, specifically acknowledge in your letter something like "in regards to the letter I received on xx date". Just to cover your bases.

It must be post marked by the thirtieth day. Have the USPS stamp your CMRRR receipt.
