Question on Garnishment rules

I don't know how to link threads or I wouldn't be asking this separately...

IF a JDB gets a judgement in the state in which a debtor LIVES, but can only enforce it in the state where a debtor WORKS, which garnishment amount (max)
applies?

The state in which the judgement is gotten (state of residence) or state where judgement is enforced (where the paycheck is earned)?

Just curious

any thoughts?

Since they would have to domesticate it in the state you work in order to garnish, this is the state rules they must use. Including interest costs, etc.
