case law IL

Ayone is from IL, they might be interested in a pending case in IL dealing with the 5 yr v 10 yr SOL on cc.

I also posted the question about any fed suit to go by on this site, INP posted this case to be heard in 2007.

Credigy trying to get courts to say cc are 10 yr SOL on appeal, they lost the first round. Interesting for those from IL.

I am not an IT person best I know how to do is surf the net and right now I am having a hard time getting on the site.
