Midland intent to sue
I received a letter from Midland Credit telling me they are going to sue. I received their first letter in 03/08 but didn't validate as I hadn't started researching credit repair - The debt is within the sol but they are reporting as a factoring account with a past due balance. How should I handle this? I have disputed with Experian as "not a factoring account". I am still waiting for results, but I'm sure I woke the giant with the dispute.
