defense claims they didnt use an autodialer in making their collection calls to my cell phone without consent..
what is the best way to word the interogg questions for them to answer or what docs should i ask for?
arent predictive dialers assigned phone numbers or is it all through trunking assignments?
i was thinking of asking:
1. for all numbers assigned to their predictive dialers,
2.all dates and times my number has been called in the past year
3. from what number has my cell been dialed from in the past year
4.all csr names that manually dial the phone or somethin along those lines since they deny an autodialer being used
5.can i ask for all phone records in the past year or will they object as being confidential?
what else can i ask for?

You want a list of all outbound telephone numbers. The subpoena the telephone records directly from the phone company.

Does your company outsource it's outbound collection calls to a third party?

Does that third party use an autodialer?

How many phone numbers are assigned to your company by the phone company and what are those numbers.

You need to find out who their phone company is. They may not have service with one of the use to be baby bell companies. There are a lot of independent phone companies around this country that provide service to certain areas and also cable companies now provide phone service too.
