Have you read the TX Finance Code?

Re: DV letters, no response, next?

I have, wouldn't the same validation letters double as such being that I am a resident? Wouldn't I be able to take it higher being that the CA's aren't going to respond or invoke any type of action, maybe I can state that under TFC 392, they did not respond, whatsoever? I also received a validation letter back and apparently the address on the CR is inaccurate.

Re: DV letters, no response, next?

Texas letters need to be specific. There is a reason they need to be specific. As such, the seven-year old tripe that was sent previously does not accomplish what you need under Texas law. Further, it lays no groundwork to state a claim under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Lastly, it did not get sent to the underwriter.

You need to UNDERSTAND the law and then begin your course of action...

Re: DV letters, no response, next?

That is great advice and I appreciate that. As far as sending such a letter, how would I word something like that. How would you word it?
