I requested production of documents for a law office and all they sent was objections to everything and somethings they stated that they were still building a case and the documents were not in their custody. They did send me a copy of a pre approved application that I filled out. The application had their name nowhere on it. It just contained my information and the law office advised me that they did not have the original. Do I move the court to strike that application because it did not contain any information about the company only my information?

have u checked your cr. reports...is this a law office that is collecting for themselves...they bought it...or collecting for an orig. cr. on their behalf??

if its the last...the application should have the oc name...if its the lawyer owning the debt it wouldnt list them as the oc..since they bought it...dont think it can be struck because in either case the info on the application pertains to the original debt...

have u filed an answer, and also req. admissions and interrogs....

i believe you can draw up a motion compeling them to answer ur production...
