A bit OT - but anyone collect a judgment via bank lien?

Anyone have any pointers on how to collect a judgment via bank lien? I sued my landlord over security deposit - I won by default, I have account numbers on completed checks from the bank where I deposited rent. Anyone have experience collecting via bank lien? I'm in Florida - this case was in Circuit court.

www.sunbiz.org - How To Collect a Judgment In Florida

If you know any third person, such as an employer, tenant, mortgagor, or bank (where the defendant has money deposited) who may owe the defendant any money or have possession of any of the defendant’s personal property, you may secure from the Clerk a Writ of Garnishment against such third person, which when served upon such person would obligate him to hold such money or property for disposition by the Court. If the Court finds that your judgment is still in effect and unsatisfied, the Court will order such person holding money or property due the defendant to pay the same to you.

Your court will have a packet of forms to fill out. If you know what day the rent is paid in the office you can do a "till tap". You will need a Writ, once you have that, the sheriff shows up on that day. As the tenants pay their rent, instead of being handed to the management it is handed to the Sheriff.
