xYBDx Know anymore on the Boston Globe series?

First. WELCOME xYBDx!

As some of you know last month there was a four part series on JDB's.
It was not that great as they had CAMBECEO in an interview saying how great their company was and would never do anything like the other CA's and JDB, in the story nd they also had DANIELS who tried to come off holier than thou as well, and believe me I KNOW that both of them are scummy.
Now I was wondering if you xYBDx or anyone else has heard anymore about this series, and has any good come of it at all?

hmmm

Nope, nada. All the air went out, not a peep out of any of the politicians, they didn't even notice it happened. TV news was more interested in gas usage by the off duty police than any of this.

Next time Im in the courthouse Il ask if there has been any fallout.

What were they trying to collect on?

Like I have mentioned before it was amusing to see them as the good collectors in the series, when WE know hoe very bad they are.

Hmm, stopped by the court to see if transcripts in yet... nope.

Asked about any impact from the Globe articles. Clerks read the articles and knew about it but said NO changes or instructions have been issued as a result. So the Status is Quo.

Anoter bummer, I checked the old Commonwealth Receivables issue, they did use the correct addres o I cant attack thier judgment. They DID however file the complete satisfaction, which is NOT on my credit reports. So good old lexisNexis is now in the crosshairs of "YOU'LL BE DEAD"

Wonder what FICO score change will come from an alleged open pending unsettled judgement changing to ....settled and paid in full 4 years ago!!!

The 10 yrs is up on the BK as well, so that vanishes.
