Hello everyone and happy new year. I sent out a debt validation package to a collection agency and all they sent me back were some old bills and a letter stating they received my letter disputing the accuracy they determine the debt to be valid. This is not validation to me and I want to know does anyone have a letter stating that the information that was sent is not validation? Or should I just send them a cease and decist letter?

send a letter asking for proof this was yours by a signed doument.send certified return mail.they do not have the documents

Many courts have established that signed documentation is not necessary.
