I am a mortgage broker and I am learning to repair credit for both myself and to help some of my clients. I am also here to answer any of your mortgage questions that you may have. But I have a few questions of my own below.

I have my validation letters to send out but I want to be sure to have the correct addresses. Can someone please give me the 3 addresses to use or should I just goo off of the addresses on the credit report I have in my posession? I would also like a fax # for all 3 bureaus so I can fax the letters as well.

Also, besides the dispute letter what else do I send to the 3 bureaus? Do I need to send a copy of my SSI card and driver license? My driver license has my old address on it will that be an issue? Thank you in advance for your help.

Mike

Also, is it just as affective to dispute online?

No. It is better in writing.

Secondly, they're requests for "re-investigations."

Third, go to their respective websites and get the addresses or just search here.

Be careful you comply with the CROA and don't screw up your clients reports as you figure out what it is you're doing.

Learn to fix your own credit first. You don't need the liability of violating the CROA.
