I know I saw something about this in here but couldn't locate it by searching.

I have a judgement that is listed on my credit report showing as being filed in 9/07 for $532. The problem i'm having is I never recieved notice of anything from the court system. It may have been mailed to my parents house as that was the address I was using before moving cross country but I myself have had no notice of the court preceedings.

Is there anything I can do with this?

You need to be determining how much mail or other items your parents have received in your name that they, for whatever reason, did not promptly notify you of...I'm going to bet that service was perfected at your parents house. And if that happened, you can thank dear old mom and dad for not letting you know they got something for you...

Since it was through the courts would it require it to be delivered VIA Sheriff's Service or would USPS surfice? (Indiana)

Also I have an old judgement from 4/2006 that only shows date filed, claim amount and doesn't show it as resolved. How should I dispute this one so it shows at least as resolved or is there a way to get it possibly removed?

I have no idea what suffices for service in Indiana. You would need to review the Clerk's file to see what is shown as only then will you know whether you have ANY chance at a Motion to Vacate. The Clerk can probably make copies at a buck a page of everything in the file or you can review it when you next visit your parents.

Same thing applies to the 2006 judgment.
