TRansunion not reporting...........
Transunion is failing to report one of my very satisfactory accounts - my car loan - which I obtained last July. The creditor claims that they are reporting on a monthly basis to all three CRAs. The account appears on Equifax and Experian, but not on TU.
When I disputed the absence of this account with TU - they claimed that it takes creditors "several months" to send new account information.
THis is pure BS. Account has been on the other two since the second month.
So what TF is TU up to?? Retaliation against me to keep my score lower than it should be because I cancelled their "precious" montoring service (TrueCredit), or something more sinister.

Each bureau works differently. Maybe they do take that long to post updates.
How long have you had the loan? Did the creditor say when it was reported?

Creditor says that they're reporting to all three CRAs since I opened the account - in July 2007. Appeared on Equifax and Equifax already in September. Just recently obtained the report from TU - account is not on it.

Skip a month and I'll bet they get right on it.

See if you have a split file - Trans Union is notorious for this.

You would have one report with a few accounts and another separate one with the remainder of accounts. Happens alot and is usually triggered by an address discrepancy.
Call them and ask. If you do, ask them to "merge" it.
