Second,it is my fault.I did not write clearly.It is chiglish. My means is that my name is on the bank blanklist.

Well, we'll try to help you right here. By bank blacklist, I assume you mean that you're reported on Chexsystems and can't open accounts.

The first thing you need to do is get a copy of your Chexsystems report and all of your credit reports so you can see exactly what they are reporting. Until we know what is on the report, it's going to be hard to help you.
