What I particularly liked was when LK would post that he'd won and how much and then I'd go on Pacer and see the truth. I think the lying was a part of why so many boards banned him.

Now that you mention it, there was someone at AOC who was friends with LK and come to find out he was behing an info leak...or something like that. The culprit was later banned CNnod or something like that.

Hedwig, Keener most assuredly DID have something to do with the suits against LK, though I can't say for sure what his role was. Keener had a great deal to do with the LK exposed site (which I know because he showed it to me before it was announced).
However, his role wasn't direct. Instead, he did things like contact the lawyers filing for the opposing parties and providing information about prior filings, etc.
At the time, Keener and I were taking paralegal classes about 10 miles apart and frequently chatted. When I realized that he intended to take down AoC after he was done with Keener, I emailed TowerRat and told him. After that, I never heard from Keener again.
